House Podkoren at Jacobs Resort is the perfect choice for accommodating large groups in Kranjska Gora. With a capacity of 12 adults and the option to include 2 additional children, this spacious house offers ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.
Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms and a generous living room adorned with an LCD TV, providing a cozy space for gathering and entertainment. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer. Additionally, there is a smaller second kitchen available.
The three bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring showers, toilets, and hairdryers for your convenience. Outside, the private garden awaits, offering a serene setting to savor a glass of wine, utilize the barbecue area for delightful meals, and indulge in the hot tub during the summer months.

Reservation & Cancelation policy

1.) Check-in: 3 pm – 11 pm
Check-out: till 10 am in the morning
2.) We have a self-check-in system. The locks work on the code. You will receive an access code to your e-mail address, as we will not meet at the location.
3.) Pets are allowed.
4.) Parties are not allowed.
5.) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
6.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.
7.) One parking space per apartment is available.
8.) Hot tub and garden are shared and available from 1.5. to 20.10. If you book the entire House, Podkoren, the garden and the hot tub are private.
9.) In the winter, the garden is available but is usually covered by snow.
10.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES:
1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.
2.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made 7 days before arrival.
3.) For free, you can cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation 6 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund
